For many years we ate at the Joto 's on 49th St. We moved out of FL a couple years ago and returning to dog sit for friends we were excited to enjoy Joto 's pizza again, so 1st night off we went. Oh no! Joto 's was closed. Well, happily there were 2 more Joto 's so we phoned in a large Pepperoni so we could bring home and enjoy by the pool. So excited for a wonderful Joto 's pizza again. NOPE! This was probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten. So very disappointed. We ordered a regular crust that was paper thin with a thick wide crust with no ingredients. Very few pepperoni and we had ordered a little extra sauce but there was NO sauce! Did someone read the order as 'no sauce '! Oh well we...
The breadsticks we received were burnt and excessively greasy, lacking any buttery, cheesy, or garlic flavor—just the unpleasant taste of old fryer oil. We had to wait an extra 25 minutes for our takeout order of breadsticks and cheesecake, even though the restaurant was not busy. Additionally, the restaurant appeared quite unclean, with customers' trash scattered on the counters and tables that were covered in crumbs and grease. I even witnessed a female employee preparing breadsticks through the open kitchen window; she touched the handles and then handled the food with her bare hands, which felt very unsanitary. Service was great. Wings were reasonably good. Pizza bites? Possibly the worst app I have ever ordered. Literally a split sub roll cut in quarters and a single pepperoni on each one with a quarter slice of cheese. The tomato sauce both on the bites and on the pizza was without spice, salt or flavor. The pizza was terrible and I am very forgiving when it comes to pizza. Thank you to the gal who waited on us, she was the only nice thing about the experience. Would not return.
Rating: Kudos! We made a special trip here based on a recommendation from a neighbor. They serve both thin crust and deep dish pizzas, and both were excellent. We ordered two small pizzas—one with pepperoni and the other with Italian sausage crumbles. The cheese was just right, with a slight saltiness and plenty of flavor. The pizza sauce was mild, balancing the stronger flavors of the other ingredients. We really enjoyed our meal and plan to return. The service was decent.

Lee is amazing she took my Oder and was to the T when delivered, I’m picky and she was so happy to assist I have had jotos plenty of time but let me tell you WOW amazing job to her and the team definitely hope your working when I order again thank you LEE!!!!!! 10starz!!! If I could.
The service was excellent, and the food was delightful. The staff were friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant experience. I enjoyed high-quality dishes, and as someone who is gluten-free, I was thrilled to find a delicious pizza option.
I waited for 10 minutes without any service, so I went to the front to ask for assistance. After waiting another five minutes with no help, I decided I would never return. It's quite frustrating not to even get a drink when the place is empty.
Excellent pizza and attentive service! It can get quite busy if you choose to dine in, as their takeout and delivery orders are always in high demand. Food rating: 5/5.
