When we all arrived and were waiting for her, I noticed two different cars pull up directly in front of the ramps. Both parked there, the drivers got out, and went inside. Yes, it was pouring rain and quite stormy, so I understand wanting to stay dry. I felt the same way and wished I could park close to avoid walking across the lot in the rain. When those two drivers parked, I was outside and mentioned out loud that those spaces are meant for people who really need them due to mobility issues. I looked for handicap stickers on the cars before going inside, but I couldn’t find any.
