I have been coming to Kampai Japanese Steakhouse my whole life. My parents first brought me here as a toddler because it was a convenient spot for a quick meal. Now, 30 years later, I still come with my friends and family. The food has always been excellent, and the service outstanding. It’s definitely one of my favorite Japanese steakhouses and sushi bars in the Chicagoland area.
I dined at the sushi boat bar, where small dishes float by on boats and you choose what you want. Although I was alone, so it wasn’t quite as fun as it might be with others, the service was excellent, the food was delicious, and I will definitely return.
