My family of three made a spontaneous decision to try out Kaspa's in St Helens for the first time. We arrived and were seated at a table promptly. We placed our order at 7:51pm. The restaurant was moderately busy, with around 5 other tables occupied and plenty more available. My milkshake arrived at the table at 8:08pm and was delicious. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went to the counter to inquire about the status of our order. So it was the big family outing to the panto. 12 of us got round one of the big booths. Cool decor. Good friendly service. Food was great. I had the hazelnut sundae with ferrero rocher in. Wifey went for pancake. Loads of the kids had cookie dough couldn't finish them ! Nephew had the bubbleicious which looked full of e numbers. He loved it. Two downsides loos need some attention. And the sundaes look bigger on the menu pics. But the food was fantastic. Really enjoyed our visit thanks.
I’m a regular customer and each time the wait for food has been taking longer and longer and tonight is the last straw. It’s a quiet Sunday night and the place is virtually empty yet we’re sat waiting for over an hour for food. 7 members of staff all trying their best to look busy. Won’t be visiting the St. Helens branch again anytime soon, disappointed
Went to the toilet before leaving.faeces all over toilet bowl, pee on seat.tissue and dust all over floor.sink dusty and dirty.looked like it had never been cleaned.surely they should be checked and cleaned every hour.wont eat here again.waffle was claggy.

In St Helens everything is going to be a bit odd. But its just very basic desserts. Icecream in a glass or a greasy cookie dough. I have been twice and I will not be going again. It is not enjoyable or quality food.
Visited this for first time weekend before last , great service and family all happy withe crepes. Not bad prices. Only issue big group teenagers being loud but they were asked to leave by the staff eventually.
