Coming down from Chicago area, this is by far one of the best restaurants I've had the pleasure of visiting, even relatively to up north. Drinks, apps, and main meals were excellent. Highly recommend the hummus and Cuban sandwich! Most importantly, the service was superb. Harleigh did a wonderful job following up on any requests and was so kind. She, and the rest of the team here, set a new bar for what restaurant service/quality should be. Don't think, just do it.
Keeper's Quarters is definitely a finer dining experience. We started off with a beef soup which was packed with flavor. My live got the Reuben which was also very tasty. Their French fries are absolutely delicious!! I got the burger with a salad. The burger was juicy and delicious!! Everything was really good. Pricey but very good! 5 stars all day.
If I could give this place 10 stars that would be it! The food was amazing, the chef is really talented and creates incredibly tasty, healthy, fresh and delicious dishes. I had the best flat bread and kale/brussel sprouts salad I've ever tried. I honestly think whatever you'll choose is going to be the great choice!
We absolutely love Keeper's Quarters and are thrilled that lunch is back! I had the Reuben today and it was excellent! The atmosphere is fantastic, featuring a library of cookbooks to browse and plenty of beautiful plants. I highly recommend checking it out! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Keepers Quarters is the best restaurant in Carbondale. The servers are attractive, friendly, and really nice, especially the two Kates! I highly recommend trying their Reuben sandwich—it's the best in Carbondale!
Another recent addition to Carbondale's Best! Original and unique…at least for C'dale. Try the “Best Reuben“…it really is! Fries are freakin awesome too! It's worth going non-Keto for a sandwich and fries here!
The menu is excessively priced, and there was very little selection available. I ended up deciding to eat at a different restaurant.
