I don't often go to KFC, and reflecting on my experience, I probably should have chosen to skip it tonight too. We wanted to try something different, though. I understand that many people are stressed, overworked, and underpaid, but it’s not right to let that affect customers. I'm not accountable for your challenges. If you're not satisfied with your job, it’s important to discuss that with your management or company. Consider organizing, forming a union, or even going on strike if necessary. Just please try not to unleash your frustrations on strangers.
Today was probably not the best day to visit this location. The staff were rude, and I encountered a lot of attitude when I asked to switch my Pepsi for a strawberry lemonade. I understand that the young woman was juggling multiple responsibilities and training a new employee at the window, but that doesn’t excuse being unpleasant. To make matters worse, my food was terrible. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken, and it was incredibly dry. I even posted a picture with the caption "Do better, KFC."
I got home and found that gravy had spilled all over the bag, which meant there was no gravy left in the bowl. The girl at the counter had an attitude, too. To make matters worse, there were no biscuits in the bag and no hot sauce. I understand it was close to closing time, but I spent $30, so this experience was really disappointing. I won’t be coming back again.
I always choose to go through the drive-thru at this location because it’s simply the best. Although there's a KFC just down the street from my house, I’m willing to drive an extra five miles to come here. The chicken is outstanding at this spot. I’m not sure why there’s such a difference, but I do know my fried chicken, and it’s consistently better here.

I can't even express how frustrated I am. I should not have to wait over 10 minutes for fries while I watch them take everyone else's orders. When I finally receive my food, it's incorrect, and I end up waiting even longer. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.
The service was decent, and the atmosphere was comfortable and cozy. However, I ordered fried chicken, and it arrived cold and undercooked. The only highlights were the potatoes and mac and cheese. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.
I was really looking forward to eating at KFC, but unfortunately, they stopped serving at 7:18 PM! Thanks, KFC. I'm glad we have a Lee's nearby, so when I get back home, I can enjoy some chicken there without the early closing!
I waited in the drive-thru for nearly 45 minutes, and when I finally got home, my food was cold. The chicken was tough as well. Normally, this place is fast and the food tastes great, so I’m not sure what happened this time.

KFC’s menu remains reliable, even though many fast-food chains have seen a drop in food quality over the last five years. While it’s not outstanding, KFC offers a decent choice if you need a quick meal.
