Zero stars would be to good for this place. My son just brought back a bucket of chicken, that we paid $30 for, and it looked like all the chicken was in a dirty deep frier for the entire day. It was absolutely the most disgusting bucket of chicken I've seen in my life. It went straight into the garbage. So we have to get something else to eat, after spending well over $30 at this KFC. I came to KFC after waiting in line at the drive through at Arby's for what was promising to become a marathon event. At the KFC I was actually able to go inside. Although busy the manager was friendly and accommodating. I asked about the $5.00 boxmeals that I'd gotten in the past. Although not on the current menu, she rang me up a comparable meal, (breast with 2-sides anda drink), for only $6.49! That's one more side than the prior $5.00 box had offered for very little more!!! That young girl that works drive-thru is always on her phone. My order is always wrong. So today I checked. I hooked, yelled, waited and yelled hey again. She couldn't hear me cause she's always on the phone. She then snatches the food from me! The manager is nice. But she needs to be made to get off her phone and taught a little respect. I wasn't rude until she snatched the food from me. The manager is sweating and she's in the corner on her phone. GET OFF YOUR PHONE! You're there to work!
Second and last trip here, wait forever for anyone to help the first trip and then waited a long time for our food. This trip, was greeted within a few seconds, but was told there would be a 19 minute wait on original chicken. As I look back in the kitchen, I see what appears to be the shift/store manager learning/sitting on the make table on his phone..... Why was this chicken not already being prepped if they knew they were out? Poor management!

Worst KFC on the planet. No matter what time I go, it's always a 20-25 minute wait for chicken.... at a Freakin KFC. Be a great place to open a chicken restaurant. YUM brands seriously needs to consider pulling this franchise and reselling it to someonewho knows how to run a restaurant.
Terrible service. Never has enough employees. Always a long wait, anytime I have ordered personally or picking up a Door Dash. Lobby closed and Drive thru takes forever. Definitely not coming back.
Food was very good. Service was slow and they weren't even busy. 1 or 2 in drive thru and 1 other customer inside besides me. Employees standing around talking instead of waiting on customers.
Honesty if I could leave zero I would. Service is horrible, you end up missing half of your food!! Not worth it, I’ll drive the extra miles to get the next

KFC is not what it used to be. The fries are soggy, and the chicken is tough and mediocre.
The staff was extremely rude and inappropriate. We're never going there again.
