I 've been one of the very few lucky ones to have all good experiences at our Taco Bell for years now. Unfortunately, the manager working there tonight is a very unprofessional and hateful person. She has no business even working with the public, much less managing anything. It 's unacceptable to just say you have nothing to do with the app when I 've already paid and my receipt shows you 've received my order. Regardless, you should always be apologetic to customers and make it right. She chose instead to argue with me, toss my receipt into my car window and slam the window in my face twice! I was informed by an employee that the establishment has a gender-neutral policy and that I shouldn't make assumptions about anyone's gender. In my opinion, that person should not be involved in food handling.
I visited the drive-thru around midnight, and the woman working there seemed really out of sorts. She had a sideways hat and was moving her jaw back and forth in a way that made her look quite unsettled.
Very clean facility. Highly recommended It’s definitely worth check it out if you’re going to be nearby.
