Terrible service and quality. I understand it's a $5 pizza but cmon! I originally attempted to place my order via phone shortly after 8pm, but nobody would answer the phone. After trying for 10 minutes I had time to research the online ordering method and decided to place my order online. Upon arrival the store was not busy and I noticed the employees ignoring the phone. After picking my food up around 9:15 I arrived home and opened my pizza box to find the shown picture. The toppings were mostly missing and were not proportional at all, there was also too much sauce to be edible. I tried to call to ask if they could remake it ahead of time but again, phones rang off the hook so I drove back...
One of the best Little Caesars I've been to. Go there most Friday evenings and all the staff there are chill and quick to get orders out even when it's obvious they're very busy. Never had any problems or messed up orders since regularly ordering at this time from this group of workers, which means a lot considering a lot of other nearby restaurants always seem to find a way to screw up my food. If this were an overall review of this Little Caesars, it'd be more like a 3 since I have had quite a few problems from here in the past, but ever since finding the right time and hard working employees to order from, this has been my go to place for pizza and sauce.
I placed an order over the phone, picked up the pizza, and when I got home, it was the wrong one. Also, why is it so difficult to properly cut a pizza? The slices were tiny, and one piece was half the size of the whole pizza. Can someone please put some effort into their work? I ordered a classic cheese pizza, but it was pepperoni instead, and the slices looked like they were cut by a blind person.

Waited for 30 minutes in the parking lot, then went inside and they tried to give me the wrong order, although I showed my entrance. He observed one of the employees who threw bags of crazy bread on the wall while preparing an order. This place sucks. Don't come back.

I was told my pepperoni pizza would be ready once it finished cooking, which seemed reasonable. However, after waiting 25 minutes, I checked in only to learn that my order had been forgotten. Throughout the entire wait, no staff member checked on me, and there were no other customers waiting—just a few employees standing around.
The only option available was the drive-thru, and a woman cut in line to place her order from there, which is unsafe and against the rules. It seems pointless to order ahead when you still have to wait 30 minutes to pick up your food. I would recommend avoiding this place.
Never ready! We wanted to get 2 pizzas (not specialty) and they said we'd take 20 minutes. He waited 45 before he came in to remind her he was waiting. They pretended they had no idea he was even there. This place is terrible.

The breadsticks were fantastic! Although the service was a little slow, it was definitely worth the wait. Don’t miss out on the delicious Twix cookie dough brownie!
