I will not be returning to this restaurant. The woman at the counter was incredibly rude, which was hard to believe. When I asked to speak to a manager, she even threatened to call the police, so I chose to leave quietly. I contacted corporate, and while they were courteous, it took over a week to get my refund, and that was the extent of their response. I wasn’t looking for free items, but it would have been nice to receive a complimentary dessert with my next purchase as a way to make amends. Ignoring the fact that a rude and clearly unqualified person was working the register is unacceptable (anyone who was there that day knows what I mean). Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Buy a famous bowl get 4 tiny pieces of chicken, if your lucky the size of a quarter! They failed to give my soda with meal and bowl mostly potatoes! Wow! And charge double for less chicken! So I wouldn't recommend KFC Bloomfield! I understand ppl not wanting to work, but the owners making a killing of money and don't care about the ppl! This is likely one of the most disappointing KFCs I've visited. The food is just average compared to other locations, and it takes nearly 15 minutes to get your order, regardless of its size. They consistently forget something with each order. To make matters worse, this time they substituted tenders for my chicken sandwich. Overall, Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
Every visit my orders are always messed up it could be wrong drinks, missing biscuits, missing chicken piece, missing Cole slaw or mash potatoes, no straws, no napkins or no spork everytime! Authentic KFC food. The staff is very friendly, and they allow my family to stay a bit longer so my son can finish his schoolwork. The only downside is that this KFC does not offer free Wi-Fi.

Excellent service! Mackenzie was quick, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Clearly supported by a fantastic team. The food was served warm and was outstanding.
