The food at this restaurant is reasonably good, and they typically have everything in stock. However, I have concerns about the staff's ability to hear customers clearly in the drive-thru. I provided specific details about my coupon when I placed my order, yet they still got it wrong. A price of $4.99 shouldn't suddenly become $6.45 after tax. Although they corrected the price, they acted as if they were doing me a favor by adding an extra chicken wing to my breast combo. I appreciate the gesture, but it was still their error. Moreover, it’s uncomfortable when other staff members stare at customers. If it were up to me, I wouldn’t go back. Overall, the service was quite lacking.
The food was acceptable but not remarkable, which is what I typically expect from KFC. The chicken tenders were slightly chewy, and the fries didn't fare well during transport; they ended up mostly soggy due to condensation, which isn't surprising. Unfortunately, they forgot to include both the sauce that came with the combo and the extra sauce I ordered, and they also neglected to provide a straw. Despite these issues, everything was still edible, and I did receive the combo I ordered. Overall, it wasn't terrible, as long as you keep your expectations in check.
I noticed that many people at KFC aren't actually getting chicken. I stopped by the KFC at The Page location in Overland and waited in line for over 10 minutes, only to be informed there would be an additional 30-minute wait just to get chicken. When I suggested they station an employee at the drive-through to inform customers that chicken was unavailable, so the six cars behind me wouldn’t waste their time, I was told that wasn’t something their staff could do. It’s disappointing that Kentucky Fried Chicken is now unable to serve chicken.
I didn't dine in and opted for the drive-thru instead. The two-piece big box came with very greasy pieces of what seemed like a small chicken, but the sides and biscuit were decent. I also ordered two tenders and fries; while the tenders were nearly spot-on, they had a slightly stale taste, and the fries were a letdown—old and soggy. The soda I received was quite watered down. Overall, I will be steering clear of this KFC in the future. On a positive note, the cashier was polite and had a lovely smile.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time, and I’m already looking forward to going back. I drove 21 minutes from Florissant since the KFC nearby is quite disappointing. I arrived around 5:30 PM on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Although the drive-thru line was long, it moved swiftly. The food was exceptional, which truly impressed me. I took it home and shared it with my family of five. Great job! Keep up the fantastic work!
Almost everytime I order extra biscuits here they never put them in the bag. Anytime I ask for sauce or I order it for delivery they never give me my sauces either and I have to pay for the sauces in an app to even add them. Why does no one check theorders properly before bagging it? Its very simple to do, anyone who's worked fast food knows you're supposed to check the bagbefore finishing the bagging process and handing the food out.
I dined at the restaurant last Friday, and unfortunately, I couldn’t finish my order of 8 pieces of chicken because I started feeling unwell. I suspect the chicken may have been left out for too long. My daughter had a similar experience. Furthermore, the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. It seems that fast food restaurants just aren’t what they used to be.
I wouldn't bother ordering any sauces, as I've never received them. Additionally, we didn't get our 8-piece Hot Spicy Wings. The sweet tea had a unique flavor, but it was still enjoyable—possibly due to a hint of lemonade in it. This location frequently makes mistakes with orders, even at the drive-thru.

The Chicken Little and Famous Bowl were both really tasty. However, this is the second time I've ordered and I didn't receive the cookie that was supposed to come with my meal. Additionally, I also didn't get my drink this time.
The portion size was smaller than usual, but the chicken tasted better this time!
