I had the worst fast food experience ever! I placed an order through the app and arrived at 9:15 PM, only to find the doors locked, even though there were people inside. I went to the drive-thru, and the employee told me they weren't serving any food because they were closing at 9:30 PM, despite their posted closing time being 10 PM. I pointed out that it was only 9:15, but he insisted there was no food available, then closed the window and walked away. I ended up paying for food I never received through the app.

Whether it’s receiving chicken breasts when I ordered dark meat, mashed potatoes instead of fries, or the wrong condiments entirely, something is always off. They are consistent, though—consistently inattentive.

This KFC has a serious issue with having enough chicken available. They seldom have items ready and often shortchange their customers. When I visited today, I only received three pieces of chicken, which was only half of what I ordered. I tried calling them for assistance, but no one answered, and they were too busy to help.

My chicken sandwich was thrown at us from the window, and it was so cold it was almost frozen. On the other hand, my fries were hotter than magma! This used to be my favorite place for a chicken sandwich, but not anymore, that's for sure. And to top it off, they never have what you want!
Not a very good area, my GPS got lost like my father did looking for a pack of smokes and never came back. I was stabbed here while picking up. I wish a knife was the only bad thing to enter my body that night, but I also tried the chicken.

When to the location on second st, ordered at drive thru got to window and was told the do not accept cash as a legal form of payment. Asked why girl at window said no idea, asked to speak to a manager was told no one available.
