I had a very disappointing experience at KFC Crown Casino Melbourne. One of the staff members was rude and unprofessional. We paid an extra $4 for an additional piece, but were given a small wing instead, which was not what we ordered. When we politely asked for the correct item, the employee refused and responded disrespectfully. The situation escalated unnecessarily, involving security, which made the experience uncomfortable and upsetting. This level of poor customer service is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect better treatment. I hope management addresses this issue and improves staff training. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
