Listen, I give businesses multiple chances before leaving a review, especially a negative one, yet here we are. I have waited probably a span of 2 hours of my life over 4 visits for orders with no one else around. I have waited at drive thru multiple times, only to drive off out of frustration. Some staff members are not just high on life, but high, smoking joints, scratching, etc. I love Popeyes. I go back just for the food only to regret it EVERYTIME! Save your time and money, Chick-fil-a is down the street?
We orders an 8 piece nugget and a 3 piece chicken, my box only had 6 pieces of chicken in it and no mashed potatoes that I ordered with it, the Mac and cheese tasted horrible to my boyfriend, the lady at the cash register was not at all in tune with her customers and in fact was more worried about checking her phone which was out on the charger in the waiting room, and on top of all that I had to remind her to get my frozen lemonade for me, horrible experience from the staff all the way to the food
Service was terrible, there was a employees child running around the lobby and coming up to our table while we were trying to eat. It was about 80 degrees inside there. The employees weren't happy or friendly at all and the restaurant was so filthy and disgusting with not 1 clean table
this was ten times better than KFC. The fries were hot and fresh and crispy. the chicken was cooked all the way through and nice and hot and crispy as well! it was very good and probably is the best place to get chicken from and fries from in this town.

Employees were very friendly. Place was clean inside and out. Food was delicious. I will be coming back here instead of KFC. I received my order very quickly.
For the third time ive ordered a frozen lem and just got a regular lemonade. Shrimp and fries were cold and mushy. Chicken sandwich was a little undercooked.
Red beans a rice and mashed potatoes and gravy were excellent. Best mashed potatoes and gravy from a restaurant u will ever order.
Not super fresh but not really old either. Had to add a biscuit to reach the $12 free delivery and they forgot it.

I love their blackened chicken, macaroni and cheese it has real cheese) and the Cole slaw.
The blackened chicken strips are my new obsession!!!
