So, just ordered a takeaway to be delivered, paid upfront. The order was accepted, 30mins later an email telling me they can't deliver and will refund me in 3-5 days. I've just rung the restaurant who are saying Food Hub (I was directed here on the restaurant site) are nothing to do with them. I'm left out of pocket with no food! This is my first experience with this takeaway......and my last.
