I came here twice with my daughter and it's not a bad deal for $15. Yes the Ballarena needs some repair because half of the stuff does not work and there are not so many foam balls, but it is a great place for your child to climb and run and walk on different slides. You also have a fair selection of games to play that I think are a little overpriced, but my daughter loves the rubber duck claw game so that we have to play that. Your cafe is not open and runs either but they allow you to bring out food and drink, which is beautiful. They also let me go for a few hours and come back without having to pay again So overall, as I said for $15 and be able to stay as long as you like it?s worth it....
I took my toddler here for the first time to get out of the house. They have a toddler section which is great for kids 3 and under. He loved the sensory ball pit and we were able to climb with him and go down some slides. We also bought an arcade card and was able to play some games. Adults are free and they have different prices for children depending on their age. Kids under 12 months old are free and the next price up is $6.99 for 23 months and younger. The food court is still closed because of Covid restrictions but everything else was open.
We all had an explosion, children and adults included! The indoor playground is really large and offers hours of entertainment. Make sure you have socks (or buy some there) and personally it would have been nice to have on pants to protect my knees/legs while through tunnels and go down slides. The arcade has also been fun, the money on our card went fast, but we have won many tickets to make it worth the cost. Come prepared and you will love it!
a great alternative to dave busters or chuck e cheese! kids can play around and when they buy 50$ worth of video games they get a free pass for the next time. I usually repeat this and do not pay the entry fee. my only complaint is that the food sector has been closed for some time. not sure what's going on, but they allow them to eat their own.
This place is amazing!! My daughter had a blast for her 2nd birthday, the toddler area was a great hangout spot for her. The employees were sweet I witnessed them sanitizing the facility throughout our stay (for any parents worried about germs). Convenient low sinks in the restrooms made it easy to wash our little one's hands before we ate.
Kids just want to have a good time and this place wasn't a disappointment. My son came here for a friend's birthday party and he loved it. Arcade games and lots of other sliding as well. Staff well trained to deal with Children. No shoes beyond the entrance, so be prepared and bring some socks.
We celebrated our son's birthday here, and our experience could not have been better. Kids were entertained, the facility was clean and spacious and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Milana, our party specialist. She made the whole experience very smooth.
Great for parties. I haven't booked my son's birthday party, the kids enjoyed, we could bring our own food. The best thing is that adults are free.
Honestly pricey if the kids want the arcade and of course they want to buy ultimately not that much fun. Nice people that work there though.
