If you're not a younger or older white male, you won't get served on-time and you won't be treated properly. Many of my older white friends and non-white female friends of diverse ages have noted the same. We used to go there regularly during our lunch time as we work close by, but now we've stopped going. The food is good, but the attitude of one particular woman, Janice, is truly horrible! She is rude, impolite, and has zero social skills. But, she is quite submissive to older white dudes. Absolutely outstanding takeaway! We ordered two dinner bento boxes, one with salmon and the other with beef, and both were cooked to perfection. The tempura remained crispy even by the time we sat down to enjoy our meal. I would give it six stars if I could!
