Had a mixed bag experience here. Overall though I'd come back with friends so I could get more though. Would recommend making a reservation. Got there ten minutes early and asked the host if there was bar seating available. It looked open, she said shejust needed to clean it up for me. Easy, fast, accommodating and friendly. Food got knocked down a little bit. My only gripe with the food was that it was EXTREMELY salty. So much so that it was the dominant flavor in the Grandpa's Gumbo that I had. The Bucatini and Garlic Scape Pesto that my girlfriend had, was excellent, the bread and butter was excellent.Service was top notch. We were seated very quickly, and the evening was perfect to sit outside and enjoy some of the nicer weather that Minnesota has to offer.Atmosphere was also excellent. What an absolutely wonderful surprise to find a true creole spot in St Joseph MN! Service from Maddie was TOP NOTCH! Food had massive portions, was seasoned to perfection, and you could tell the team runs this establishment with real Louisiana hospitality. As someone who lived in the deep south with Creole and Cajun family, this restaurant felt like home.
We had an incredible dinner at this restaurant. I couldn't believe that I was in St. Joseph, Minnesota; it felt like I was dining in Louisiana. We ordered the chicken and the red beans and rice, which were both outstanding. The Brussels sprouts were some of the best I've ever had. The cocktail and wine selection is one of the most extensive in the area.
My family had an amazing experience at Krewe. We were impressed by the atmosphere of the restaurant and, most importantly, the delicious food. Every dish we tried was fantastic and just as tasty (if not more so!) as what we've had in New Orleans. The service was excellent - friendly and attentive. We can't wait to come back!

This restaurant is the best in the west of the Twin Cities. The service is great, the cocktails are thoughtful and perfectly balanced, and they have an impressive selection of wines. A truly refreshing gem!
