I had a disappointing experience at Kum Go due to poor customer service. On March 30th around 2 PM, the employees who were working seemed uninterested. Instead of assisting me as I approached the counter, they looked at me and then walked away to chat with each other. Normally, I receive decent service here, but this visit was not up to par, and I won’t be returning.
The staff often wear their masks around their necks, which feels unsafe. Although it's a good gas station, they don't appear to prioritize COVID safety or customer well-being.
I’m giving one star until you fix the frozen Dr. Pepper machines. It’s been two months without my favorite drink, and I’m going to stop supporting your restaurant.
