This is the worst Kum and go in the Des Moines area. They came out to my car accused me of not paying for my stuff because I used self check out. They had to call and look through their computer just to tell me oh we see it went through here. The staff aren’t friendly at this location and the hot case food isn’t even that warm, definitely not up to food safety standards. Worst customer service, worst selections, and the products are literally covered in dust and probably need the dates checked on them. This is The worst Representation of Kum and go as a company. I hope they get it together, i will not ever come back.
I usually love kum n go but I will NEVER come to this one again.. Came in Saturday 11/19 and the only two girls that were there were way too busy sitting there talking about their coworkers. It made me feel like I just walked into a middle school. They didn’t even try and hide what they were saying and it was very unprofessional! Tried to ask them for assistance but they were too busy talking about everyone else who worked there. Such a disappointment! I rather take my business to quick trip down the road! Just wow!!
I used to be employed by this kum and go and they have 90% females that work there and they said because of my messy pizza skills they was letting me go but before I transferred from a huxley store not did I have one complaint about my pizzas just tell me the reason that u are letting me go us because I am a male so very wrong fir the reason they gave me and isn't pizzas messy to begin with will never work for the gm or the kitchenmanager at this l8cation

Horrible customer service. The store manager is a Horrible person. I rather use a different kum and go then this one. I'd give it zero stars but not the option. I will definitely tell my friends and family not to go to this store.
Always like Kum Go, they seem to be helpful and friendly. Have snacks and drinks for any mood I am in that day. Chocolate, pop, chips, and donuts ,love them all (fortunately not all at the same time).
Closed at 9pm??? How convenient is that? Not earning my loyalty when I can't get what I need when I need it. You need to lower your prices to make up for inconvenience.
