Their products are 5 stars, but there are improvements they could make logistical when it is busy. For example, try the technology used to track orders, also help them track who is here and when they are there. If that is not possible, they should get a technology that allows them. The first purchase is worth paying out in efficiency. Call people when they arrive there and note their order number. Then they have either come to the door or wait until the boarding service is appropriate. This will make the line for people who have no jobs move shorter and faster.
I am absolutely from the one stars!! I love this bakery, my daughter and I come almost every weekend and get cupcakes, coco bombs, biscuits are even chocolate covered pulps! These cupcakes are amazing and the whole team is as amazing! I can assure you that I have been here since 2017 and never had a bad cupcake experience! I love the owners, Bill and Michelle, and their entire staff! You are number one in my book!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would make up for the 1 stars!

Kupcakes Co is my favorite cupcake spot! I ordered a cake for daughter 16. Birthday and it turned out beautiful. My family thought it was wrong because it looked perfect. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good cupcake or cake. Thanks to all the staff who help me make my daughter's quarantine a birthday!
