I had a gift certificate from Christmas that I decided to use at the restaurant. When I got there to pay, I was told that I couldn't use it because it wasn't stamped and the writing on it wasn't mine. The certificate was in an envelope with a menu, but despite explaining this, the staff refused to honor it. I offered to pay with my credit card, but the staff continued to be very stern about the situation. I reluctantly paid with my credit card, but was disappointed by the poor customer service and their unwillingness to accommodate a simple request for a $25.00 discount. This experience was for a takeout order.
I was very disappointed with my dining experience at this restaurant. I paid $20 for a meal that I did not enjoy, including a credit card charge of over 3%. The rice was soggy, there was barely any sauce, and the deep-fried broccoli and sweet potato were greasy. The chicken had some flavor, and the salad and avocado roll were good, but overall, it was not a satisfying meal.
Absolutely amazing. The food at this restaurant is made with fresh ingredients and is obviously homemade. The pork buns are incredibly delicious, with crispy pork and a sauce that melts in your mouth. The gyoza was delicate and full of flavor. The ramen was exceptional, with fresh ingredients and outstanding pork. This hidden gem is definitely worth a visit and more!
This restaurant is a hidden gem. The chef is phenomenal. I have dined here twice and each time I have been amazed by the flavors. The taste is delightful and I can't wait to try everything on the menu. Although the restaurant is small and unassuming, the chef deserves the highest praise for the masterpieces he creates.
