Waited 40 minutes for my food to come out . My eggs were cold even the plate was barely warm . My waffle was also cold and soggy .The catfish was hot and delicious . I was excited to try this place after flying into Detroit . So I asked the waitress to bring me a hot waffle and send the manager over for feedback . The Human resource manager’s daughter came to resolve our complaint because there was no manager on staff . While she stood speaking to us I ate a piece of waffle with what appeared to be some gum like substance in it . She did immediately apologize and offer to comp my meal once I found the gum like substance . Prior to that she made excuses saying they don’t open until 10 so alth...
kuzzo's not disappointed! we went twice into michigan, so if you ever are in/be detroit, go! we had both chicken 2waffeln (big red velvet and what up doe . the waffels were delicious and the hawn was good seasoned and nicely crisp. I also had a side of the grooms that were delicious and had the perfect consistency (which is important to me). the personal was very friendly hospitable. the entire ambiente was also beautiful. (check the wall art. I suggest they go as soon as they open or it will wait. it will be overcrowded quickly!
Eat is great, the greens and the Mac cheese – almost they make themselves feel like home and their grandma just cooked on Sunday evening! The Kool-Aid is on the spot and lets her remember her childhood – carefree and sweet! the hawn is bombed, and everything else that comes out of the kitchen looked great when we waited for our food! service was excellent, honey is great! really makes them feel like home – we will come back when we visit the d again! look at this! support of black-eye companies!
my friend and I had a nice brunch! in my experience on this trip the customer service was pretty good. I see where improvements can be made. this positive direction must be reflected within the management. they have a lot of potential to be even bigger. the owners must want this and develop a great culture to continue to be successful. this antidote grows fast and looks great! I hope they have continued a positive growth.

Kuzzo's is pretty good food. The taste of the chicken and waffles was great. The waffle was a really good quality and flavor. The chicken was a tiny bit dry when it came out but the onion and gravy covering was awesome. You have to wait a little bit to get your food so don't dine in if you're in a hurry. But the wait is worth the flavor if you have time. Enjoyed the experience and was very tasty.
The food was delicious and I'm glad I decided to try this restaurant. However, the chicken on my sandwich was overcooked and dry. The mac and cheese, Kool-Aid, and red velvet waffle were all excellent. The server was good, but not the best - it could have been because she was the only one serving tables, but I can't be certain.
the best in the middle west. could easily beat waffle house with the right branding and messaging. great experience and the “Tender Love” is my favourite dish. try the southern escapes next.
We had a **** Mary (Yum) and a Mimosa.
Then I had the Ellie Mae and my husband had 2 chicken drumsticks and a waffle.
The food was amazing.

I've been waiting to try Kuzzos for a very long and finally got the chance to this morning and I am very glad that I did.
This place has been on my "need to try" list for quite some time and I finally visited this weekend.
