Honestly.It took the waiter at least 25 months mites everytime to either ask us if we wanted a drink or if we were ready to order.Everytime we ask for him he would not recognize it and go see other customers.It took him 35 minutes after coming to give us the bill to finalize the payment.Some other customers even requested the manager and refused not tip the waiter and the manager in the green shirt this evening did nothing about it.The food not worth the price at all if you have any kind of taste.The poke bowl is 20.95$, has barely any tuna, almost no sauce, they provide no lemon and they add pineapples....It seriously looked like a 5 year old made it.We are not fussy but this is beyond ridi...
I went to dinner with a friend for dinner and we were thinking of spending the evening there. Despite the fact that I had booked through a proven booking platform, the manager acted as if he had never received my reservation ... In the restaurant we were roped like cattle ... for don't make a bad pun. A friend came to join us for a drink and despite the fact that I asked if we could stick a table to allow my friend to sit down the manager refused outright .... so we left ... The attitude of the manager disgusted me so much that we ended the evening in another much nicer place
I love the menu at this place I often go to the one in the city center but when I'm in the area I like to go to the one in Anjou, but unfortunately we always come across the same waitress who is always busy, our orders are never taken well, no professionalism, it feels like in a club and not in a restaurant, it would take you waitresses who know how to work with respect and professionalism. I don't want to go back there anymore.P.S: her name is Melissa a tall brunette with the same ripped jeans that she wears all the time.
We enjoy coming to this restaurant in Montreal for a delicious burger. I do wish the music wasn't as loud, but I put up with it because their burgers are so satisfying. The fries are usually fantastic, but there have been a few occasions where they were soggy and I had to send them back. Overall, the service is usually good and sometimes even exceptional. After reading the previous reviews on the page, we almost didn't come... but we decided to take a chance and make a reservation! I rarely leave comments on pages, but we had excellent, super fast service on Friday evening at 5pm. The food was excellent, the staff and our waitress were super friendly. We had a great time.
Food was great! We really enjoyed our burger! Disappointed with the service. We asked for water and the waitress only came at the END of the meal to fill them up. We were really thirsty and that was a turn off for us
Loved! Great selection, love the atmosphere. I had the turkey burger and it was delicious avocado, a fruity mayo on a tasty bun. A must try! Service was great, we all enjoyed our food, prices are reasonable.
