This was my first visit to La Cocinita Cubana. I was feeling like getting a hamburger and the lady who helped me offered her Frita Cubana Sandwich which is a Cuban style hamburger on Cuban white bread made with chorizo(red sausage) and potato stix. I also got an order of Papa Fritas on the side with an Iron Beer which is a non-alcoholic soda similar to root beer. It seemed like she was the only one making the orders so the wait for the food took about 15 minutes since I came with two coworkers, but otherwise once I tried the sandwich I was instantly in love! The food here is amazing. Everything was packed with flavor and filled with lot of meat from the devil crab cake, and sandwiches. The owner is also a beautiful person. Customer service was amazing. Oh and I had a cafe con leche which was on point. My son drank my coffee lol My husband is Cuban from Cuba and the food from here took him back. The one thing I’m upset about is that I should have tried her food sooner. We will definitely be back.
THE BEST CUBAN SANDWICH EVER!! My husband and I shared one because it was enormous! The tostones were crispy and absolutely delicious as well! We enjoyed the beautiful weather while sitting outside. The owner is a wonderful woman who told us she grows her own plantains and uses the finest Serrano ham in her sandwiches. I highly recommend it! You should definitely go to this place right away!
A perfect little food stand with an excellent sandwich. The proprietor makes her own mojo and roast pork, and it results in deliciousness. Most flavorful I've ever had on a Cuban sandwich. The owner was just as friendly as mentioned in the reviews, and she clearly takes great pride in her offerings. I can confidently recommend this eatery to anyone.

Dorkis and her sandwhiches are fantastic. Great hospitality and food. We showed up a few minutes before close and she made it super enjoyable and easy.
Absolutely amazing! I had the Cuban sandwich and the devil crab, and both were incredible. The bread was perfect, and everything was outstanding!
