Nous attendions une cuisine recherchée de part l'appellation des plats . Nous n'avons pas été déçu ! La précision des cuissons , la qualité des produits et en plus de la région , la présentation des différents plats et la vaisselle adaptée à chacun , la discrétion et l'attention du service .je regrette cependant avoir lu des "critiques TripAdvisor " inapproprié sur la quantité des plats ou les choix culinaire adaptés à cet établissement. Pour critiquer il suffit déjà de savoir lire les Menus affichés en extérieur pour comprendre qu'ici vous ne mangerez pas de la croziflette ou tartiflette avec charcuterie et une tarte aux myrtilles congelés mais un excellent foie gras poêlé fumé au foin ou b...
We have lunch at the Ferme du Chozal following a gift that was offered to us by the establishment as part of a lottery. We were able to spend a very pleasant time at the restaurant in a superb setting with a view of Mont Blanc. Everything was absolutely delicious. Nice presentation of the various dishes served with a mouthful. We were welcomed by the two people in charge of the service including a beginner but already very professional waitress. mise en bouche originale ( ex glace à la carotte) ,plat recherché et très belle présentation avec un service attentionné. cuisine très gouteusesuperbe carte de vins réservant des découvertes de différents pays,un bémol, le service a paru bien long pour la table à coté de nous où le couple n'avait plus grand chose à échanger lolcarte restreinte coté choix menu ( 60€), donc faut aimer les propositions du momentnous avons passer une superbe soirée, les serveurs sont au petit soin
Pour ma part, première expérience d'un resto gastro. Des plats raffinés en bouche, et soignée à la présentation. De plus les saveurs explosent en bouche. Tout est bien maîtrisé. Nous étions 5 amis, et nous avons tous été conquis. Je précise aussi que le service était impeccable et que lorsque que l'on a besoin de conseils ou d'informations, ils savent nous répondre. Il faut savoir ce faire plaisir, et ce resto vous fera vivre et découvrir de nouvelles sensations culinaires.

exceptional view, pleasant and typical terrace and dining room, authentic and very well furnished rooms, staff with small care: we did not expect such a nice surprise by booking in the last minute a room in this establishment. the cherry on the cake: the quality of the restaurant, at the top of the noon as in the evening! we will no doubt return
a mythical place that unfortunately failed to charm us this time. everything is good and well done but served by a forced service that forces itself to do the job. This gives the feeling that we don't have its place in a world overly coded, full of rich new inhabitants, and simply lacking the true joy of the happiness of making us eat.
Restaurant agréable niché dans un joli et pittoresque village. Le cadre est accueillant, le service raffiné et les mets savoureux. La carte des vins est attrayante et variée. C'est toujours un grand plaisir de revenir à la Ferme du Chozal.
