However I’m just writing as we found it.It was a very warm evening and we’d booked for the terrace at the back of the hôtel on the edge of a small square. I ate from the 25€ menu and my wife from one at 33€. We ordered a bottle of red wine - a relatively local Mercury 1er cru Les Croichots. in juli many touring restaurants are closed, so this was a good sound. the weather had turned out so that it was nothing to sit inside. we were the only English there and it had a beautiful French atmosphere. we had a drink in le parisian at the river, which also looked beautiful, but it was full of Americans so that we did not eat there. the food was well presented and delicious. as it is in the wine growing area macon is very expensive, so we had Provence house wine, which was good. Chicken and cherry legs on most menus too. recommend the chaource starter.
In July a lot of Tournus restaurants are closed so this was a good find. Weather had turned so didn't mind sitting indoors. We were the only English in there and it had a lovely French atmosphere. to eviterhotel tres mediocre,propretè qui leaves to desire, furniture vetuste, smell desagreable in the commons.........Maybe we have to test the restoration !!!!! after the different comments it is the only positive thing ! without regret, never more.
the hotel is simple and can use renovation, but the restaurant is from this world. everything was delicious without excess butter or cream. the staff of two! was efficient and very friendly. the weeping was divine. we're going back!
we had a great dinner in a simple but cozy dining room. the food was presented in an original way and even special desires (vegetarian food for a family member) were fulfilled very accurately.
We had a very good dinner on the very nice terrace of this good restaurant. Service and staff were very helpful and efficient. And the food was just great. Highly recommended.

If the hotel seems to be out of the outside, the restaurant is very well. Very fresh kitchen. Eggs remarkable meurette. fast and pleasant service. good value for money.
Price/quality a charm. Very tasty and fresh with quirkogne wine. Reserve this restaurant when you book a room at the supervising hotel.
