Hosting servers despite the high temperatures and the affluence! Certainly the prices are slightly excessive, but it is the Touquet! I wish good courage to the servers who work under the burning sun and in exasperating conditions (when customers leave their table like pigs and cause waste to fall on the ground by not daunting them, among other things).
