Their pie is huge. They are very generous with toppings, and the price is extremely reasonable. We ordered the pizza here by accident (there is another La Rosa in Metuchen), but the staff was nice. They waited for us to pick up and closed the restaurant late. It’s a personal preference but I wish they put BBQ sauce on the pie or provide it on the side. Parking is limited.
Placed a delivery order , I ordered a cheeseburger with fries, the fries had a horrible stale taste and were soggy , the burger didn’t even come with lettuce and tomatoes.I also ordered a gyro platter and again the fries were stale and soggy , the gyro didn’t even come with tzatziki sauce and was dry .This has to be the worst tasting food I have ever ordered .

I had a large pie topped with sausage, peppers, and onions, which was prepared quickly and expertly around 8:30 on a Thursday evening. It made for a perfect quick dinner. As for parking, there are two spots in a small lot behind the pizzeria, but street parking in the area can be quite limited.
My order was completely incorrect when it arrived. I reached out to the restaurant immediately, and they acknowledged the mistake and offered to remake my entire order. Unfortunately, I couldn’t accept their offer because I had sleeping children at home.
La Rosa Pizzeria consistently exceeds expectations! The food is fresh and delicious every single time. The pizza features a flavorful thin crust, and the crunchy wings are absolutely fantastic!
Excellent pizza! This was my first experience with pizza in New Jersey, and I absolutely loved it. The service was great, and everything overall was very good. Highly recommended!
