Le savoir faire ne s’achète pas, nous en avons la preuve ici. Habitué depuis 30 années de cette crêperie dont le seul défaut était un accueil « variable » mais dont le gout , la cuisson, la présentation des galettes et des crêpes avait fait sa réputation au-delà de la presqu’ile. Même si on nous affirme que les recettes sont les mêmes, le résultat n’a plus rien d’exceptionnel. Les galettes sont sans gout et collent à l’assiette. La saucisse de la galette oeuf saucisse fromage autrefois bretonne fumée et grillée par moitié est ici entière non bretonne et pas assez cuite. Very, very good pancakes, the dough is delicious, the fillings are fresh, quality products. And they're very copyy. The winch is adorable, the organized boen service and this fa, the atrent is not too long despite the full room. Think about booking!
