We were friends eating in this restaurant. Quite disappointed in the service, we were served our cutlery board almost at the end of the meal, we had almost finished forming. When you asked for a water jar, you were never served, you always had to ask 3x to the server... They made us pay 3 boards of charcuterie while we had received only 2 but they did not want to review the addition... not very commercial and not very good service. I do not recommend the place.
-1 star for the limited raclette has 250g per person (seriously, even in Alsace the raclette is the half meule in the savoyard restaurants) -1 stars for the industrial burned cream has price of the fact house. -1 star for price quality ratio. It wasn't bad either, but I expected better. Very nice setting on the other hand for this small chalet-style restaurant. Servers are very kind too.
Even if we hadn't booked, the hostess still provided us a table (5 people). Also very good food, for a good price and a very friendly staff.
