I’ve been to La terraza a few times for birthdays, dinners, drinks etc it’s always a hit or miss but last night was probably the worst experience I’ve had at this place. Our server Valentina was probably the worst server I’ve had at any restaurant so far. She did not come back to our table at all after taking our order and we had to constantly hunt servers down to get our drinks refilled. We tried calling her a few times and she would just give us a smirk or look the other way. Left with out ordering dessert because of this I hope the gratuity is split because she certainly doesn’t deserve it
We enjoyed a delightful dinner in a cozy atmosphere. The service was impeccable, and the food was fantastic. The drinks were equally enjoyable, and the option to have hookah added to the experience. It's an excellent place for a late-night meal and relaxation. Although it was a bit chilly, it didn't detract from the experience. The Asian fusion menu was both satisfying and delicious. Parking: Despite being situated within a mall, the restaurant boasts its own separate entrance. Additionally, ample parking is available conveniently close to the door.
"If you're not a light-skinned Hispanic or Latin person, good luck. The service is extremely slow for those who don't appear visually Latin. Save your money and time! I waited a total of 2 hours for 1 hookah, 1 entree, 2 appetizers, and 3 drinks, and the restaurant wasn't even crowded. They checked on the Latin tables multiple times before attending to us. I've spent a good amount of money here several times, but I finally noticed a difference in service based on race. I would prefer if you simply denied me at the door rather than treat me poorly."
Yesterday I went to the restaurant with some friends and the food was really delicious, but the attention. It was terrible and not even to say that the place was occupied, why? Or there was a lot of real clientele, I didn't like the service at all. Too late to replace the drinks. Recommendation to improve the service since the place is very cool. I just didn't like that. ?

This is definitely a spot worth revisiting to explore the rest of the menu and get a better sense of all the delicious options they offer. Be sure to come with a hearty appetite; you might want to try two dishes! I encourage you to check out the Terrace Bar and Grill and let me know what you sampled and which dishes you enjoyed.
Food can be better portions drinks are good but they should just bring pitchers to the table from the start makes things move better instead of taking up servers time especially when there is only 3 to take care of everyone...
Well, if you want to go, go, but I don't recommend it, the buckets of beer are 60 dollars with only 5 beers and hot ones... abusers and thieves, I say this responsibly. And for the record there was no artist or DJ.
Maybe on another day it would've been better and had more attentive staff, the place is nice, but the service and music wasn't to my own personal liking. Still a good place to go though.
