As soon as we open the door of this restaurant, the decoration gives the tone, original as the curved forms of the ceiling. the choice of menu (entrance, dish, dessert) is difficult because everything makes you want. The originality and creativity of the chef are visible from the first glance: in the entrance we had taken ravioli to the foie gras and goat, as well as a salmon waffle with sorbet in the cucumber. The 7-hour lamb mouse and the ox tab with chorizo sauce are simply extra.
