Absolutely the worst experience! I ordered the camarones momias coras, but the server brought me a completely different dish. When I pointed this out, she kept insisting that I had ordered what she brought, despite the fact that I knew exactly what momias coras looked like since I had ordered them before. I even showed her a picture, but she refused to go back and get the correct dish. Instead, she just sat down and seemed uninterested in doing her job. She didn’t bother to check if we needed anything else, and it took her forever to bring us the check. The service was terrible, and the prices were way too high! I definitely won't be coming back. Terrible, more than 200 dollars for a terrible meal, out of politeness don't yell in your face but this opinion will help people think twice if they really want to visit this place, I ordered two grilled meats, a fish chicharon and others Other things that don't really deserve such a high price, the pork meat in very small portions, not to say too small, the sodas 3.99, apart from the taxes, I mean, crazy, it's really serious, with all due respect a restaurant is better In the center of Chicago and in much better restaurants, the flavor of the fish is not very fresh, I think the best thing that deserves respect is the green chili with a lot of lemon.
The following is my opinion, based on my personal experience, any the money I threw away.Too loud. Prices on the menu are incorrect. This should be considered false advertising! Then they add an additional charge that has no explanation.In my opinion, this restaurant is far too expensive for a horrible atmosphere and very bad customer service.Last time I went to this place, about two years ago, same thing, extremely expensive for little value.The stuffed pineapple was a small portion. The $23 ceviche was far too small a portion for $20 .Avoid, unless you like overspending money on bad customer service. AVOID!!!!!
We came here on Mother’s Day, knowing it would be busy. We ordered two large ceviches, a shrimp cocktail, and a seafood platter, but ended up waiting over an hour and a half for our food—actually, it was even longer since we still never received the seafood. I also noticed the servers seemed frustrated about their tips, which was probably due to the long wait for the food. I hate being the complainer, but the busboy took great care of us, and I made sure to give him a $20 tip. The food is great.

Waste of money. Today I ordered a small fish ceviche and a large shrimp cocktail for $52. The service was poor, and my ceviche arrived without the toast that was supposed to come with it.
Ordered the ceviche online 30 plus dollars for a very small cup that’s 32 oz according to them. They couldn’t even bag the food right. Do not recommend!
We had a great time there. Service was great and thoughtful, and the food was delicious!
