We visited this restaurant on a wet lunchtime and, having read previous reviews, our expectations were high. The staff were welcoming and the decor, with lots of cleverly displayed driftwood, was pleasing. The unfortunate choice of frenetic rap music as a background to the meal did nothing to enhance our experience.From the limited 'Carte' (no set menu available), we chose a New Delhi salad and an Assiette Asiatique. Each dish was nicely presented and the various Asian specialities were quite tasty, apart from the chicken on a skewer , which was tepid and tasteless. We went here two days in a row because it was so good. And we were not the only ones. On the second day we noticed a family coming in who had been there the day before as well.And for good reason, because the food is fabulous. I had a burger and fries. Twice. Now you might think that that's a pretty basic meal and that there is not too much a chef can do to make it great. But you'd be wrong. This burger was spectacular! Not in terms of complexity or gimmicks or anything. It was just intensely flavorful, fresh and well prepared.I can't remember what my girlfriend had but she was as pleased with her food as I was with mine.Also, friendly service and pleasant atmosphere.
We just recently visited La Capte and ate at Le Papaya. Didn't quite know what to expect when we made the reservation, but it was the highlight of our dining experience in Hyeres. The food was great and everyone was so nice and friendly. Our waiter was very helpful and his english was so much better than my french. I would definitely eat there again and would recommend it to anyone I knew was visiting the area.
My wife and myself went to this place as there where so many good reviews on tripadviser. We had a really nice diner, the welcoming of the staff was perfect and the food was well prepared, fresh and nicely served. We will come back this summer! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
very nice staff, not many dishes for veggies but if you llike fish an excellent choice: the cod tartare or the "globe trotter" are excellent choices around 17 resp. 25 euro. well worth. And don't forget the cafe gourmand (enough for two)!
Good food, good service and nice interior. What else you need from the restaurant? Unfortunately no public transport in the area at the diner time. But the small walk after diner can be good thing

The strawberry moquito is very good! The food is also fine, we ate the burger and the thai steak with rice- nice place for hanging out!
