Très déçu par le manque de professionnalisme. J’ai effectué une réservation le 30 janvier pour le 14 février. Lors de l’appel, on m’a clairement dit « pas de souci, c’est noté ». Il était également convenu qu’on me rappellerait pour m’expliquer comment effectuer le paiement, car je devais régler avec un chèque cadeau reçu à Noël. Après aucune nouvelle pendant plusieurs jours, on me rappelle finalement le 5 février pour m’annoncer qu’il n’y a finalement plus de place. Incompréhensible, surtout pour une date aussi importante que la Saint-Valentin, où l’on s’organise à l’avance. Beautiful house, very well located (very close to the heart of the champagne cap while being quiet), dishes as beautiful as good (with some innovative associations very successful), a very friendly service and a welcoming and attentive chef-patron. The quality of service and dishes were at the rendezvous! The dishes are very fine and the impeccable service! The wines were also very good. The Chef de salle is friendly and efficient. The place is pleasant, the tables well spaced to spend a moment in peace.
