retour au relaais du Perigord noir cet eté, et nous constatons que le menu et la cuisine ne sont plus du tout ce que nous avions apprécié en 2015.en fait le chef Eric Jung n'a fait qu'un bref passage dans ce restaurant, il officie dans un autre restaurant de la région, et il faut donc savoir que les commentaires de 2015 correspondent à ce passage et ne concernent pas le cuisinier actuel.
I booked here for the Easter Monday dinner and it was a disappointment. The appetizer was interesting, but the Entrée, lamb, had been precooked, and I think it had a visit to the microwave before it was served in a bed of gravity. Very... of meals I remembered school and not worth the money. On the good side was the desert that a strawberry soup was interesting, but not great/
Le prix n'en vaut pas la chandelle. Veut se donner l'allure d'un grand restaurant mais la fraîcheur et la qualité des plats n'est pas au rendez-vous! Sans compter le prix du verre de vin, de goût moyen, payé le même prix qu'un bon! Autre point négatif le manque d'organisation et les petites phrases peu sympathiques entre personnel. Moment désagréable pour les vacances.
We were fortunate to eat here a couple of times while staying in Siorac. On both occasions we selected the Chef's tasting menu and were not disappointed. The Restaurant Manager was extremely friendly and shared his extensive knowledge and passion of local wines. A real...boutique hotel gem nestled in the Dordogne.
Une soirée raté faute à un serveur exécrable, probablement alcoolisé.Pour les plats c'était bon mais pas à la hauteur du prix demandé, certes c'était le soir de congé du chef...Merci au patron qui s'est excusé et nous a offert le vin et les cafés.
J'ai dîné avec des amis à ce restaurant le midi. Menu à 18€ très sympa : boulgour façon taboulé, lapin à la moutarde et tarte fine aux pommes. Simple mais efficace. L'accueil est chaleureux.
Really enjoyed the meal we had when staying at the hotel. The set menu was perfect for us, but the Al a Carte also looked very good (but not cheap).
