I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant in Val-David; the food was excellent, and the service was great. However, my recent visit to the location in Prévost was very disappointing. There were six of us, and we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our meals. When they finally arrived, all the food was cold. When we mentioned it while paying, they told us they had forgotten our order, and there was no apology from them! To make matters worse, the waitress brought us the bill and asked us to pay before we even received our lunch. What a letdown!
J’étais fan du Rusé Renard depuis leur ouverture à Val-David. Toutefois, ma visite à Prévost m’a un peu refroidi. Nous sommes allées déjeuner. Très ordinaire pour le prix affiché. 8$ un bol de latté… c’est exagéré à mon avis…La nourriture était correcte, mais encore une fois beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’était si je compare aux autres restos déjeuner des alentours. Vous avez un petit ajustement à faire de ce côté…Sinon le resto est magnifique, la terrasse bien aménagée, le personnel courtois!

The decor is lovely and the terrace is beautiful. However, the breakfast portions are quite small for the price.
Très beau décor et belle terrasse. Par contre, portions très petites pour le prix dans les assiettes dejeuner.
