Plusieurs fois que nous consommons ces sushis, je dois bien avouer que si l'idée de food trucks était bonne, nous devons faire part de notre déception à plusieurs égards.D'abord, il nous faut constater que l'absence de points de vente en centre-ville est regrettable, en outre l'inexistence d'un service de livraison à domicile est plutôt incommode.Au sujet des produits proposés à la vente, étant consommateurs réguliers de sushis, il nous faut malheureusement souligner le manque d'originalité dans la composition des produits. Pour finir, les suhsis desserts ne sont vraiment pas terribles !dommage, pourtant les aliments utilisés semblent de qualtié.

Les produits sont très frais et le poisson de bonne qualité. Les makis "saumon avocat" sont très bons. Bon rapport qualité prix. En moyenne 12 euros par personne. Service très agréable.Seul inconvénient, on ne peut pas les savourer sur place.

En we à Troyes pour les soldes, j'ai testé ces sushis vendus dans un food-truck. Service très sympathique, belle présentation et en plus c'était très bon. Il y a même des menus pour les enfants. A recommander

super idée ce petit camion plein de sushis et autres : chou au sésame (je crois) soupe miso, mix apéro wasabi, sushi dessert !!! on y fera un détour régulièrement !!

Fantastic food, wonderful service! The restaurant looks like a hole in the wall, but the food is DELICIOUS and authentic.
This is the second time I've eaten here and both times were delicious.
