We had been advised this newly reconvened restaurant last year by a young woman (see the dispatch) who had travelled and worked in a large restaurant. I expected a restaurant with an original cuisine. Room coquette even if it would need a lift, the staff on the other hand very welcoming (may be too even, which would tend to leave an ear drag)No slate: it starts to feel the "no fresh homemade" menus in the 23/26/30 surroundings with really bof choices and no what to throw into the air.A good time to choose. Then the wine. If you like to eat and drink a good glass of wine, forget everything!Minable card, 3 wines, and when I wanted to order, there was only one on 3 and what a piquette! my entry...

some are deserving the detour; this restaurant does not escape; the reception is pleasant, the service is fast, the smiling staff; the dishes are excellent composition (seasoning, quantity, quality of products); a good time to spend with family or couple at the turn of the alleys of this beautiful city of castres; nota : checks-vacances accepted

friends bikers, you will find in this restaurant what to satisfy your taste buds from the entrance to the dessert. we tasted a good, well-stocked and tasteful cassoulet with a very good red gaillac

pleasant surprise. good kitchen with fresh products and originality. The chief loves what she does, knows how to share it and deserves to be warmly encouraged. a recommendation.

I recommend this place to my friends. The Young lady chef is friendly as are her staff. The meals tend to be French with a slight Asian twist.
