I returned inside to speak with the manager, Tammy or Tonya (I'm so upset I can't remember her name), to explain what had happened. I also mentioned that I have a mushroom allergy. To my surprise, she didn't apologize for the mistake or acknowledge that my pizza was made incorrectly. Instead, she approached me with impatience and frustration. She even insisted that I was wrong for ordering a deluxe pizza and asking for the mushrooms to be removed. Her tone had a condescending edge that I couldn't help but notice. I was left standing in the middle of the restaurant, feeling unwelcome.

Order pizza at 809p and was told 20 minutes. Arrived 830abp, waited 5 minutes just for someone to come to the counter. Once the young lady finally greeted me she had the wrong name on the order (no big deal) and said let me check I think it's done. She then came back..needs a few more mintes. 5 minutes. I come back in about 840ish.. again told it's not ready but the young lady offered me a drink I was like just want my food. I come back in about 850p. The lady walks into back and now another woman comes out..maybe shift manager. She greets me ask if I am an online order I said no called it in at 810 been 45 minutes. Just kinda ignored my comment. Again we go over the wrong name..no big issue...

We ordered pizza and wings online on a Sunday recently and was really surprised at the disorganization and miscues with our order. My husband walked in to pickup the food, which wasn?t quite ready so he waited inside. Finally, when the food was ready he brought it out to the car and we inspected what we were given: 2 pizzas, garlic bread and a small container of boneless wings. To our surprise, we didn?t realize we were getting free food! We didn?t order garlic bread or boneless wings, so it was our lucky day. I have never been so pleased when ordering from this Ledos pizza. Me and my family had been dragging around the house all day no one eating anything other than snacks when we all got hungry at the same time. We called Ledos pizza about 20 minutes before they stopped serving pizza or close the store for the night. We placed the order waited 10 minutes headed over to get the pizza and as we walked in the staff was cleaning up and maybe one other person was in the restaurant. We got to the counter gave them our name and 5 minutes later the 2 large pizzas were ready and we headed home. Thanks for the last minute order, we really enjoyed the cheese and Pepperoni pizza

The pizza I received was partially burnt, as shown in the picture. I also discovered that if you want to eat inside the restaurant, it's better not to place your order over the phone. According to the young lady at the front desk, that’s the store policy, although she appeared somewhat irritated by my presence. It seemed she also assumed I wouldn’t tip her for dining in, which was quite disappointing. It's frustrating to see such assumptions being made based on appearances.
I got pizza from here a few months ago and wasn't pleased and now I remember why I haven't been back. Ledo's was once synonymous with great pizza and now every time I think of the worst pizza I've had, Ledo's comes to mind. Very disappointed ????
