Calling this a chicken shop is a joke. I went in for strips and chips but ended up with undercooked fries, overpriced food, and chicken so fake it’s better to just buy a generic brand from Woolworths—at least then you know you’re eating sawdust and chemicals. This place is a disgrace to chicken shops. For real chicken, go to Chicken Barn in Claremont or Chicken Patch in Glenorchy. Hopefully, when this place closes, we can get a decent restaurant in its place. Service: 2 Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price: $1–20 Meal type: Takeaway

I ordered chips with gravy and confirmed twice with the staff that gravy was included. Both times, they assured me it was. When I got home, there was no gravy at all! I called to resolve the issue, but they didn't even offer a refund. The management is disgraceful, and the customer service is awful. The chicken was overcooked and dry. I won’t be returning.
