I used to live in Tasmania a long time ago, I grew up and moved out to qld but every now and then I remember back when I was a kid and my parents would order a family sized meal for us and I remember the chips and gravy being the best, the fresh veggies and the delish chicken. Probably seems strange but it's nice to remember something positive in my childhood in my home state. Keen to get some again when I come back down.
I wanted to get some chips during the day and noticed a few customers waiting. I asked if anyone was waiting to be served, and they all assured me they were fine. I stood at the counter for a few minutes while the person behind it was busy with something. Then, another customer came in, and he immediately served that person, completely ignoring me. I decided to leave and didn’t go back.
We just spent $70 on dinner for our family, and unfortunately, the three burger buns we received were stale and hard, making them nearly impossible to bite into. We were really disappointed, especially considering how much we paid. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 and the service a 2 for takeout.
Terrible behave from a guy who were there this afternoon (a guy who ties his highlighted hair). So rude, polite less and mannerless. also heard some disgusting word he was using when I coming out from the store not sure to whom it was for Service: 1 Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I waited for 20 minutes after opening time, but the doors still weren’t opened even though the staff were inside. Their lack of attention was disappointing; they clearly saw us waiting. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
The service is excellent, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. For takeout dinner, the price per person is A$1–20. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5.
Walked in at 5:45pm and waited 20 minutes in total and even stood at the counter . Was not even acknowledged and someone walked in straight away and was served a head of me , never going back !

We ordered and paid for a large order of chips, but they gave us a medium instead.
