Food is good but customer service is the worse, I order online and they didn’t bring me the side order, I call the restaurant and they told me very rude that everything was complete I explained to her that not because we where missing the fries for my chicken parmigiana, after a while arguing she say will send the delivery with my fríes, after one hour call back the restaurant and she says it was on its way but the delivery never came. we used to order every week and i feel so bad about this experience. is been 3 month so far. Hope they see this and train their employees.
I had the worst customer service experience at this restaurant. When I visited in person, I wasn't acknowledged at all; the servers were too busy chatting among themselves, and I ended up walking out. I decided to give them another chance by ordering food for delivery. After waiting for an hour, I called to check on my order and was put on hold for 20 minutes, only to be disconnected without anyone returning to the line. I tried calling back multiple times, only to be hung up on each time. I will never go back to this place, regardless of how good the food might be!
Lemon chicken needs some improvement… steak is good rice and beans .. avacado salad is delicious their soup I was just disappointed in their lemon chicken they could make that better .. they have a staring problem customer service could be a bit more Friendly idk if It was because I was black I don’t know who Cares just a warning it made me Feel uncomfortable
I hadn’t visited Lena Dominican Restaurant in a long time, and the service was outstanding. The rice was just how I like it—soft, white, and tender. For dinner, I had steak and goat, both bursting with excellent flavor. The menu offers a great variety of authentic dishes that truly satisfy.

The place was okay nobody in there but us on a Saturday night I thought that was strange the margarita came out of one of those mix machines not great when we walked in there was a waitress drinking wine they were very nice but I don't see us going back
The food is ok, but the customer service is HORRIBLE, especially for black customers. I gave them a few opportunities, and they were consistently unpleasant short responses, disregarded us when other non black customers walked in, etc.
We chose this restaurant based on the good reviews and the pictures, and it didn’t disappoint! The food was very good with generous portions. The waitstaff was very attentive.
The food and drinks were excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and patient with our group. I also loved the Bachata music!
