Got treated horribly by the owner. I hired her for $800.00 for a party and she came at 3pm two hours early and accused me of breaking the contract when that was not true. The contract was for 5:00pm not 3:00pm as she insisted. Because I didn't have the copy of the contract on hand she took advantage and left mad and upset. It put me in a bad situation and then I looked for the contract and I found it. I was right it was for 5:00pm as I indicated. She has an anger issue and should not accuse clients without any proof. I ended up giving her $100.00 extra on top of the $800.00 when she was accusing me of breaking the contract because I didn't want my party to go bad. So I paid $900.to a person...
as others have mentioned, the owner has a really bad attitude and will not honor their mistakes. I had a big catering order and they shortened us to the burritos' ingredients. all the guests of the event complained that they had no meat. I spoke to the staff there and they had not enough meat for all burritos so they made some of them clear. that is not my fault or what I paid when we asked for a refund, they said they would make them for my next cattering folder as I showed another event. when it was time to place the new order, they did not want to honor the mistake they made. that's just a bad business practice.
What a happy surprise to see an abundance of vegan items on the menu! We met Lily herself, and she was so welcoming and excited to walk me through the new vegan options on the menu (her brother recently went plant based and helped to curate the options). I tried the vegan barbacoa and carnitas. I don’t remember which one was made of jackfruit.. but both were super yummy. She also mentioned that any items on the menu can be made vegan, including the cheese, so keep that in mind when ordering.
Very friendly customer service! Fortunately, they agreed to my custom order to add a Chile Relleno to my Chile verde burrito. It was delicious. What made it to kick a notch was her Habanero Salsa; it's some of the best I ever had. Definitely worth a try if you are local and are looking for delicious Mexican foods that are not rough on your wallet!
Just happen on this place through Google reviews...gave it a try. It was just takeout (COVID) which is never as good as eating in. Breakfast burrito was amazing and a great value. Other burritos were wonderful as well! Nice folks, nice service... definitely give them a try if your looking for yummy Mexican food!!
I LOVE Lily's, the food there is Soooooooo GOOD!!!! I go there at least 2 to 3 times a month. The Wet Burrito w/Chili Verde meat is Everything. I Highly Recommend giving them a try. Big thumbs up
my entire order was wrong and to complete it, it was not given in time. customer service could have been better. they visited others better than me. I would never go again.
Amazing! Thank you Lily! We came in after a long night with a flat tire. Lily turned our night around with some vegan and non vegan tacos.
they are so good that they should be against the law! great, cheap breakfast burritos. around 10 or so. love tacos and nachos there too.
