I was there to fulfill my grandkids' pizza cravings, and despite the issue, we were determined to have a good time. I ordered a thin-crust bacon and cheese pizza, which was hot and fresh, but the pepperoni on the cheese pizza was not fresh at all. The people that work in this restaurant routinely act like they don 't know what they 're doing. And it isn 't due to a lack of staff either. There 's usually 6 or 7 employees running around like headless chickens. They have absolutely no clue as to whose order has and hasn 't been taken, much less whose order is whose. They literally talk in acronyms that none of the customers understand (i.e.: referring to cheese bread as I.C.B. which I guess means Italian cheese bread, or refer to extra most best pepperoni as E.M.P. and customers are standing around looking at each other like What? , and the employee repeats the same nonsense, to which the customer (after waiting 20 minutes for a pepperon...
Ordered 2 pizzas for pickup, when I got home I realized I was screwed out of a good pepperoni pizza. There is no pizza sticker that needs to be scanned on the extra most bestest, and the pizza itself doesn't look extra by any means or most bestest in any sense. I basically paid extra for a hot and ready that needs to be thrown away from sitting too long instead of giving it to a customer. Should be extra pepperoni and extra cheese, but looks like a plain pepperoni. Tastes like it's been sitting in a hotbox for hours, the sauce is dried out, and the cheese is burnt from sitting. The crust is as hard as a rock and snaps apart instead of being pulled apart.

waited a whole fwtsckinh hour for one pizza, they are supposed to receive an email about the pizza that is done. had no email received, went in and guess what the pizza had there was, a whole hour was wasted for nothing. I just wanted to go home, but no warning. I'm coming home, and I don't have anything from you.
The pizza was excellent, and my wife really loved it. Compared to other Little Caesars locations, this one offered fantastic pizza. Do they maintain such high quality for their food and pizzas?
