Rude! I pulled right up to the window and was asked if I would hold on a minute. Obviously I said no problem because this location is always sooo slow! So I?m used to it. I sat for 10 minutes+ as she counted change in the door and was just talking toother employees. Mind you there was actually a lot of employees there for once and the place wasn?t busy for once. I said ?areyou guys out of pizzas? I?ve been waiting for over ten minutes? she laughed and said no we?re not out of pizzas. She then shutthe door and said ?I was ignoring youuu?. This Little Caesars Pizza location is a complete mess. I strongly recommend avoiding it, especially if you plan to park there, as the overcrowded drive-thru causes massive backups, with cars waiting up to 20 minutes per order. The parking lot is far too small to accommodate both drive-thru traffic and customer parking, leading to total chaos. I waited 20 minutes only to receive cold, stale food. I had to bring it to the employee’s attention before he acknowledged the problem. The only positive was that he apologized and replaced my meal, letting me keep the original order as well. Despite his efforts, I still suggest staying away from this place.
Approach with caution... Definitely avoid weekends! What you think will be fresh and prompt often turns out to be cold and late. Last weekend, customers waited 30 minutes for their meals. The management really needs to be re-evaluated, or perhaps even replaced right away.
Terrible service—if I could give zero stars, I would. This location shouldn’t offer online orders because the food is never ready at the promised time, making you wait an extra 20-30 minutes. The customer service is very poor, and the staff clearly need retraining.

Well with new management this place seem to be running alot smoother then normal. the lobby even open to the public. and staffing looks great. sitting here listening to then communication in the back is great. seem like the band is all playing the same song here!!
This is my favorite restaurant because of the drive-thru! It makes life so much easier when you have a toddler. The staff is friendly, and the last three pizzas we ordered were truly hot and fresh. It's ideal for a hectic weeknight!
Always make the pizza perfect and never had any complaints if I ask for it to be baked light it is, and if I want more sauce there most certainly is, so they really do listen and care about their customers
I really like their thin crust extra most bestest pepperoni pizza?the wait is a little long but overall the pizza is worth it and I always receive great service
