I like the food, I don't like the attitude of the counterforces. A simple question to answer is how to play 20 questions. For example, do you know when you have a hot and finished pizza? My answer was like 10 minutes. I asked what kind of available? Get the answer probably pepperoni . I was also inside while waiting for order made online. I hear that other customers have to ask the same question about and about in various ways to get an answer. If you don't care about the kind of person who cares when you get your pizza or see that the kitchen area will issue more pizzas while the staff behind the counter will not disturb to look for 3 to 5 minutes to see if it is waiting for the 4 customers...
I absolutely love the taste of their pizza, but my experience this time was quite disappointing. After ordering my pizza at the window, I was instructed to pull around to the back and then found myself waiting for 35 minutes without any sign of progress. While I was waiting, an employee came out and delivered an order to another driver. I approached them to ask for an update on my order (just one EMB pepperoni), since I had been waiting so long, and was told it was probably still in the oven. Shortly after, another staff member confirmed my order, but it became clear they had forgotten to put my pizza in the oven. After a total of 45 minutes, I finally drove away with my pizza.
I've ordered multiple times online and the order never comes out right or they don't give me my entire order. When I call, the people are really rude. I get people have off days, but its happened multiple times. This time they didn't give us a part of ourorder and when I opened the pizza, everything was just thrown on there in a pile and the jalapenos and mushroom didn't look likethey even cooked them.
Do not bother looking at the Menu online.... the prices are nearly double. Asked for 2 3-Meat Pizzas and a Bread Sticks.... was told $34-something. When I asked why so much and that I was looking at the Page, read them the address (guy said, ya, that is us). The guy asked Manager, her answer was, we are privately owned , so we can charge whatever we want. We got pizza elsewhere.

Very good pizza! Other pizza chains in the area have gone downhill so we tried them and they were actually very good! We will go there from now on!
