Worst experience ever. Ordered for drive through pick up, drive through was closed, walked in to 10 people standing there waiting with one guy behind the counter that just disappeared 2 minutes into me waiting, 22 minutes I waited, and no one was being helped, all they seemed to care about was where everyone who was there waiting for their food was parked. Finally when I got my food, it was sitting in the heat box prior to my arrival there, which means it sat in there for over 25 minutes. By the time I got it it was cold and not fully cooked. HANDS DOWN WORST EXPERIENCE.
Waited an hour for a hot n ready. Like an actual hour. I already paid so I waited…. The lobby was closed so i couldnt ask for my money back, honestly kinda thought they weren’t going to bring the pizza out to me at all.
The door was locked with no sign explaining why, so I couldn't pick up my order when it was ready. I ended up waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru before finally leaving without my food. There's always some issue here.
We just barely reached a satisfactory level, but there’s a significant need for improvement in the service. Assistance is required consistently, regardless of the location.

I would highly recommend against ordering from this restaurant. I've had my order messed up twice this week, and I definitely won't be ordering from Berkley again.
If you order from this location and want it at a specific time, you will need to order about an hour before you intend to pick it up. Not even exaggerating.
•Don’t waste your time and energy with this location at all unprofessional, lazy, rude, not organized, the list goes on, etc.
