We had our dads funeral luncheon here for 135 friends and family. The managers were amazing! Every detail covered, great set up to accommodate such a large crowd, food was ready to eat when we all arrived, bar had great service, wait staff always smiling. I can’t say enough. I would have any party here from wedding, baby shower, funeral luncheon, etc here. They are a wonderful addition to Elmhurst. Thank you!
Our outdoor reservation was not honored, even when made 3 days in advance. We were offered a table inside, which is currently illegal, but refused. Outdoor seating is also in a tightly sealed tent, so not really outside. Tables were not appropriately spaced. Visit only if you want COVID-19!
Food and service is always on point. Today our service was slow and the manager came to apologize and comped our meal. We hadn't even realized that it was taking longer than usual. This is how a restaurant takes care of their customers and earns loyalty. We will definitely return soon.
From start to finish all of the staff was very polite and helpful! Maria was our server and she is outstanding! Very knowledgeable of the menu and continually checked on our table. I attended a funeral luncheon at Livia yesterday. The servers, bartenders and managers were all so so wonderful. I had a flat bread with cauliflower crust it was so amazing I went back for lunch today!! ????
I always stop by purchasing some food in this place. I loved the swift customer service and well prepared dishes. Keep it up.
